Discover simple shifts in your language that will instantly upgrade your ability to take the actions you  ant to take to achieve your goals. I will share simple language tips that trick the mind and body in positive ways. Hypnotic language is very empowering!

I will also lead a powerful guided meditation that radically shifts your outlook. Your relationship with your body will never be the same.

Support: You will receive a “Tool Kit of Tips and Tricks” to change your language and break the cycle of struggle. You will receive a Transformational Audio of the guided meditation so that you have it for daily support.

Class 2: Your Mind Runs Your Body; For Better Results, Change Your Mind

The subconscious mind drives behavior, and it is in control of your body (it beats your heart, fills your lungs, digests your food).

I will guide you through a powerful hypnosis experience that will upgrade your inner programming. Hypnosis works at the subconscious level so that you, naturally, automatically, implement amazing changes in your daily routine. Clients have told me that they hear my voice as they find themselves easily exercising and making healthy food choices.

I will be using RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), Marisa Peer’s innovative hypnotherapy based modality that is creating a lot of excitement in the world of transformational change.

Support: You will receive a second Transformational Audio that you will listen to for 21 days to powerfully imprint the inner shifts initiated in the class. Changing the way you think, changes the way you act, which changes your body!

Both meditations are designed to easily fit into a daily routine (15 minutes) and support you as you make the powerful changes on the inside that deliver the outer changes you truly crave.
