Relieve Daily Stress and Anxiety Workshop
Many of us are feeling really overwhelmed emotionally these days. I can teach you how to quickly calm down 😊
In this workshop you will learn a simple, safe, and very effective technique to diffuse everyday stress and anxiety so that you can calm your mind and think clearly regardless of the triggering events that are happening around you.
If you feel like you are living in a state of chronic stress, which takes its toll on your body, your energy and your spirits – we’ll address that, too!
Students will leave class with a daily practice so that you can continue to attain the benefits available from this empowering technique.
Like all of the life skills I teach this technique is:
✨ No meds, or known negative side effects
✨ No equipment necessary (not even a yoga mat)
The heart of this workshop is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as tapping (an innovative hybrid of acupressure and modern psychology). Numerous clinical research trials attest to its efficacy.
